Squash+ recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in sport. In accordance with our child protection policy and safeguarding policy, we will not permit photographs, videos or other images of children/young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children/young people.

All images and media are stored securely on password-protected devices, accessible only by authorised senior Squash+ staff, and used exclusively to promote Squash+ activities through our emails, website, and social media. Images and recordings will be retained for no longer than 2 years, after which they will be securely deleted.

Squash+ will never use inappropriate images of children and strictly prohibits photography or recording in sensitive areas such as changing rooms or toilets. On occasions where a professional photographer is present, they will be clearly identifiable by a Squash+ staff member and will have been vetted in advance.
