Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If you have booked and paid for a service, no refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation. As we are offering a leisure activity, there is no statutory cooling-off period typically associated with online service purchases. However, in cases of unforeseen and serious circumstances where a rearranged booking does not adequately resolve the situation, SQUASH+ may, at our discretion, issue a voucher of equivalent value with an expiry date no later than 90 days from the original booking date.

Rescheduling of bookings may be considered, but solely at the discretion of SQUASH+. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted more than 24 hours prior to the original booking time, and any rescheduled booking must occur within 30 days of the original booking date. If we are unable to accommodate your booking on an alternative date or if you provide less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling, no refund will be issued.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR BOOKING

Under specific circumstances, we may find it necessary to cancel your service. In such instances, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you promptly.

Similarly, adjustments may be made to the service, deviating from the initially advertised details at the time of your booking. If these alterations are substantial, we will endeavour to notify you promptly. In such cases, if you choose not to proceed with your booking, you have the option to reschedule within 30 days of the original booking date.

We reserve the right to cancel without issuing a refund if, in the opinion of any SQUASH+ staff, you or any participants display aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards SQUASH+ staff or other customers. Additionally, if you or any participants fail to adhere to the safety regulations and advice provided by our staff before or during the service, cancellation without a refund may occur.

To inform us that you would like to cancel your booking with us, please use the Contact Us form on www.squashplusuk.com, email info@squashplusuk.com or contact the person delivering the service you have booked.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE

We are legally obligated to deliver the service in accordance with the terms of this contract. Your legal rights remain unaffected by these terms. If the service is provided in a manner substantially different from what was advertised at the time of booking, or if significant technical faults occur during your participation, preventing completion of the service or significantly impairing it, you have the option to either participate in the service again on a different date or request a refund.
