SQUASH+ has been delivering school Squash sessions for over 20 years; we are always looking to develop new school partners that surround our partner clubs. Please read below what we can do for our partners and the fantastic offer for new sign ups!
What We Offer
SESSIONS
We currently deliver a wide variety of bespoke school sessions based on the need of our school partner, these are based on many factors and is investigated during the initial consultation period. SQUASH+ currently delivers sessions to secondary and primary schools in National Curriculum P.E. time. In some schools we also deliver a lunchtime club.
COACHES
All sessions will be planned and delivered by a SQUASH+ coaching team member. All coaches will hold an England Squash level 2 or higher qualification, fully insured, DBS checked and hold a valid first aid certificate.
TEACHER UP SKILLING
SQUASH+ always provides adequate coaching staff provisions to deliver a comprehensive and safe session. However we are constantly looking to engage with and up skill your teaching staff to help in the delivery of the sessions. Squash in general is as new to teachers as it is to the pupils so we like to empower the teachers to deliver the squash content as well as the coaches. We will also look at again this year at running an England Squash Level 1 course at the club which will be available to all school partners teachers free of charge.
AFTER THE IN SCHOOL SESSION
SQUASH + will develop a pathway for those pupils that enjoy the in school sessions to attend an after school club to further develop their skills and engage them in exercise out of school hours.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER
SQUASH + wants to develop as many school partnerships as possible. To this end we are offering to all brand-new partners this year an incredible totally free of charge first 2 sessions to each pupil at your school (age parameters do apply).
