GENERAL NOTES

By purchasing with SQUASH+, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions, as well as any content on our website, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Kindly review these terms thoroughly before submitting your booking to us. These terms outline our identity, how we will deliver services to you, procedures for changes or termination of the contract by both parties, steps to take in case of issues, and other essential information. Kindly be aware that if you are making a booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure that you agree to these terms on their behalf and have received all required information regarding the booking. SQUASH+ cannot be held accountable if participants are unable to engage in the services due to your failure to communicate the relevant information.

We are registered under SQUASH+ LTD and the company is registered in England and Wales under company registration number 13168432 and our registered office is at 15 Commonacre Close, Tyldesley, Manchester, England, M29 8SG. You can contact us by using the info@squashplusuk.com  If we have to make contact with you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address provided to us in your order.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

Your booking will be considered accepted once your payment is successfully processed, and you reach the booking confirmation page. At this juncture, a contract will be established between you and us. Additionally, we will dispatch an email confirmation containing the details of the service you've booked. In the event that we are unable to accept your booking, such as due to resource constraints, we will notify you in writing and provide a refund. Upon acceptance of your booking, we will assign a booking reference or order number, which will be communicated to you in the booking confirmation email. Kindly reference this number whenever you contact us regarding your booking, as it will assist us in facilitating your inquiries efficiently.

YOUR SERVICES

The service will be provided to you on the date specified in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you. Before participating in the service, participants must thoroughly read and complete all necessary documents, including but not limited to the 'Player Code of Conduct,' 'Junior Photography & Recording Consent,' and 'Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy.' These documents are implemented to ensure the safety of our staff and all participants. Failure to read or complete the required documents will result in the participant being ineligible to participate in the service, and no refund will be issued. We will ensure compliance with the latest government guidance. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to contact us regarding the suitability of our services for any health or disability concerns you may have.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of your booking will be as indicated on the booking page and payment pages of our website at the time of booking placement. Upon processing your payment, we will send you an email receipt confirming the amount paid. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, any bookings made prior to a price adjustment will remain unaffected, and no refunds or additional payments will be required.

If fewer players attend the service than originally booked, no refund will be provided for the price difference. Conversely, if more players attend the service than booked, any price difference can be settled upon arrival. Please be aware that there may be a maximum number of players permitted for any service. Please note that our venues and staff do not accept cash payments for our services as advertised. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Payment must be made at the time of booking, and bookings will only be accepted once payment is received in full.

DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS

Please note that we do not offer discounts/vouchers for all of our SQUASH+ services and products. Please check our booking pages or discount details for more details. If there is any issues with discount codes or vouchers please contact us so we can help you with this.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

Our overall liability to you, arising under or in connection with the contract, will be capped at 100% of the price paid or payable by you under the contract.

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND GDPR

We will only use the personal information you provide to us as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will maintain the storage of your data in alignment with any relevant statutory regulations, as well as any temporary regulations enforced by local or central government authorities.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

This agreement is solely between you and us. No other individual shall possess the authority to enforce any of its provisions. Neither party requires consent from any third party to terminate the contract or make amendments to these terms.

Each paragraph of these terms functions independently. Should any court or relevant authority deem any paragraph unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain fully enforceable.

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Legal proceedings concerning SQUASH+ LTD may be initiated in the English courts.
