    SESSION OUTLINE: This level is focused on starting to lay the foundations of the game, learning all the required skills and how to implement them into a game structure.

    EQUIPMENT: SQUASH+ will provide all equipment if needed, juniors will need to attend in sportswear and clean trainers.

    Who is the session aimed for?

    LEVEL: Improver/Intermediate
    AGE:     10 to 12 years
    *Age is a guide and a junior's ability will be the deciding factor to which group they need to attend; this will be at the coach's discretion.
