SESSION OUTLINE: This level is all about introducing the FUNdamentals of movement and sport in a fun squash environment.

EQUIPMENT: SQUASH+ will provide all equipment if needed, juniors will need to attend in sportswear and clean trainers.

Who is the session aimed for?

LEVEL: Introductory/Beginner/Improver
AGE: 5 to 9 years
*Age is a guide and a junior's ability will be the deciding factor to which group they need to attend; this will be at the coach's discretion.
